2. What we provide
A free membership service giving verified private health professionals, carers and disabled people access to discounts from brands. Membership is free; we do not charge members.
3. Eligibility and verification
You must be 18 or over and belong to an eligible group. We verify eligibility against external records before granting access. We may refuse, suspend or remove membership where eligibility cannot be confirmed or these terms are broken.
4. Your account
Keep your login details private. Offers are for your personal use and must not be shared, resold or published.
5. Offers and brands
Offers are provided by third-party brands, often through affiliate networks such as Awin and Commission Factory. When you buy, your contract is with the brand, not with us. Offers can change or end without notice; we try to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it. See our Affiliate disclosure.
Brand names and trademarks
Brand names, logos and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean that brand endorses, sponsors or partners with BrandsWhoCare. Sample brands shown during the preview are fictional and illustrative only.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass verification, scrape content, or provide false information.
Community rules and moderation
The members' community is for verified members only. Be kind, don't post spam, personal or medical details, and don't sell anything. We may moderate, edit or remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules. Members can report posts, and we review reports [within X working days]. Posts are members' own views, not ours, and don't mean any brand endorses us.
Deal alerts, referrals and competitions
Deal alerts: optional emails about new offers in the categories you choose. You can change or stop them at any time in your member area or with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Refer a friend: any referral reward is [reward TBC] and is only given when the person you refer joins and is verified. Referral terms to be confirmed before launch. Don't spam people or post your link where it isn't allowed.
Competitions: each prize draw will have its own terms. Prize draw terms to be confirmed; no purchase necessary.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for the products, services or conduct of brands, or for indirect losses.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
